OECON Group Bulgaria hosted a training in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria from May 3rd to 5th with more than 20 crafters from the partner countries under the project’s C1 – Training of entrepreneurs in Transformative Business Model
for creativity micro businesses.
Through the comprehensive training program designed to empower crafters, the participants had the opportunity to enhance their entrepreneurial and digital skills, learn about financial management, establish a strong online
presence, and explore opportunities. Apart from the theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and case studies, the crafters had the opportunity to create their own profiles in the Open Catalogue for matchmaking of crafters, that connects them with potential customers by showcasing their products and services.
Trainers and learners from all over Europe enjoyed their time in Blagoevgrad after the training with a walk through the streets of the old „Varosha“ quarter and visit at the “Regional Historical Museum” Blagoevgrad, home of a rich ethnographic treasury – collections of fabrics, costumes, ceramics, metal and wood from the end of the 19-th and the beginning of the 20-th century.
