We are glad to announce the finalisation of the second result of our project – The Transformative Business Model for creativity microbusinesses!
After lots of work and dedication from all the partners to develop specific training modules and content to address the gaps identified in the MicroHub Competence Matrix for digital entrepreneurship and business creative thinking for crafters, as well as testing of the developed training materials with both trainers and students, we have now also finalised the MicroHub Handbook.
Available for use by both creative entrepreneurs directly, for self-guided learning, as well as by trainers, educators and other professionals supporting them, this Handbook aims to provide a complete guide to craft business model transformation. In a very practical and hands-on approach, it will take one along seven key stages of transforming their craft into a sustainable enterprise. And when we speak about sustainability we look at it not just from an environmental perspective, but also considering the need to keep pace with today’s digitalisation trends and to ensure the financial viability of a creative business.
So, wait no further – download the MicroHub Handbook (available in seven different languages) and start learning how to transform and grow craft businesses by:
(1) Spotting opportunities,
(2) Business planning & development,
(3) Business launch & management,
(4) Financial and economic literacy,
(5) Online networking matters,
(6) Ethical & sustainable thinking,
(7) Online branding.
