               Those competences that interviewees pointed at most frequently, either as necessary or related to
               recognized skill gaps, were marked as ESSENTIAL, while those that were mentioned quite often as
               HIGH PRIORITY, those only noticed by some interviewees received the MEDIUM PRIORITY label, and
               finally the competences that were rarely indicated are marked in the LOW PRIORITY category.

               All the competences are described in Table 1. Summary of MicroHUB data collection analysis based on
               EntreComp, in division by knowledge, skills and allocated EntreComp descriptors, with the final column
               including the priority score.



               The  following EntreComp competences  are  the ones  that were  identified  as ESSENTIAL  and  were
               incorporated in the MicroHUB Competence Matrix:

                   1.  Spotting opportunities

                   2.  Ethical and sustainable thinking


                   3.  Mobilizing resources

                   4.  Financial and economic literacy

                   5.  Planning and management
